Sarvodaya Multispecialty & Cancer Hospital has been efficiently running the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology for the last 15 years.

We offer holistic services for the Reproductive Health and Gynaecological needs of women in a comprehensive, compassionate, sophisticated and dedicated manner, keeping our highest emphasis on patient safety. The Department of Gynaecology is equipped to address all women-related health issues and is well supported by a team of experienced medical professionals, to provide comprehensive care. The department is supported by the latest diagnostic technology; state-of-the-art operative infrastructure and well developed surgical and post-surgery protocols. All the deliveries are conducted by qualified and experienced Gynaecologists and are attended by trained Paediatricians backed by a well-equipped Nursery/NICU.

We were the first in Hisar to provide Painless Labour Delivery Facilities.

SERVICES OFFERED

Antenatal Care: Antenatal Care is specially designed for mothers, to prepare them for their upcoming parenthood, both physically and psychologically. We offer pain relief Labour through psycho-prophylaxis or a method of preparing women for childbirth by means of psychological, physical conditioning and breathing exercises. We also educate them about using epidural analgesic during Labour (Painless Delivery). Basically, we ensure their readiness as women and mothers, before actually giving birth.

High-Risk Pregnancy: We have well-trained obstetricians to look after our patients with high-risk pregnancies along with other medical specialists. Patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, previous pregnancy losses, growth retarded babies, etc. are looked after throughout the pregnancy period and labour by this dedicated team.

Conventional Gynaecology: We offer specialized medical and surgical management of Gynaecological problems including:

  • Menstrual abnormalities: Abnormal periods or related conditions in teenagers, adults and menopausal patients.
  • Fibroids: We offer comprehensive services for Fibroids, which are benign tumours built by smooth muscle cells and fibrous connective tissues.
  • High-risk surgical patients: Such as those with high BP, heart disease, etc. are specially monitored in the OT and ICU if required.
  • Gynae related Endocrinological services: This includes adolescent menopause and other reproductive age problems.
  • Comprehensive treatment of Genital cancers: This could include cancers of the Uterus, Cervix, Vagina, Vulva and Ovaries. The treatment is provided by site-specific Gynaecologists and Onco-surgeons, combined with Medical Oncologists and Radiotherapists.

Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic Surgeries: Our team of well-trained Laparoscopic Gynaecologists provide individually tailored treatment for almost all Gynaecological operations to your needs using this modern modality of surgery. The surgery is performed for the following conditions:

  • Ovarian cysts
  • Hysterectomies
  • Myomectomy for fibroids
  • Laparoscopic tuboplasty
  • Ovarian drilling
  • Laparoscopic correction of uterine malformations

‘Well Women Check-up’ Program: We have programs in both Gynaecology and Obstetrics for prevention and early detection of Gynaecological disorders. Our ‘Well Women Check-up’ program is designed:

  • To detect early evidence of Gynaecological diseases
  • To provide contraception advice
  • For preconceptions advice
  • For Genital Care screening

TECHNOLOGY

Advanced Labour Room: We have an Advanced Labour Room equipped with modern technology, which is needed to ensure safe childbirth.

In-house diagnostic services: Our in-house diagnostic services cover all Cardiology, Neurology, Radiology, and Urology diagnosis requirements. The Imaging & Radiology centre backs the Department for Obstetrics & Gynaecology with the latest technology including an enhanced 4D Ultrasound, Mammography Machine, CTG Machine, etc.

4D Ultrasound: The latest form of ultrasound technology has been employed at our centre.

Mammograph: The latest mammography machines offer X-ray pictures of the breast tissue, with the use of low-energy X-rays for the screening of Breast Lesions.

CTG Machine: The Cardiotocography (CTG) device helps us to record the fetal heartbeat and uterine contractions during the labor period.
